What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
Due to our items being handmade, all sales are final.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible.
Listed pieces can take up to 2-4 weeks to receive. Non-listed commission pieces can take up to 6-8 weeks to receive. This is to ensure the piece fits your vision.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Are last minute changes available?
After piece has been purchased, there will be an additional charge for any last minute changes.
Additional charges will vary depending on the yarn type and quantity needed for the changes. Depending on when the changes are requested will determine if the changes can be done.
Are they all handmade?
Yes! Each piece is handmade by myself! I also work a full time job but work to the best of my ability to provide pieces that satisfy my customers.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
